Vintage Mid-Century Italian Table Lamp in Patinated Brass 1950s

A stunning Italian mid century table lamp in patinated brass. Truly one of the best examples we’ve seen in this genre, this ‘Lampada Ministeriale’ shows a wonderful design, marvelous proportions and a patina that’s just how you’d want to see it on these kinds of lamps. It features a sturdy and grounded design with a remarkable low profile - the lamp is wider than it is high, which you don’t usually see. This gives the lamp a kind of firm and - excusez le mot - badass appearance. A true gem. Comes in untouched and highly original condition. Originally - EU - wired.
